Privacy Policy — ASLIH

This policy explains how EURL ASLIH collects, uses, shares, retains and protects personal data in its digital services. It applies to www.aslihpro.com, the ASLIH User customer app, the ASLIH Pro provider app and the provider web portal.

2. Services and individuals covered

ASLIH helps customers discover and book services offered by providers. This policy applies to visitors, customers, providers, people contacting support, and authorized users of the provider portal.

3. Personal data that may be collected

  • Account and identity: name, contact details, account identifiers, language, city, commune and wilaya.
  • Providers: professional presentation, categories and services, prices, availability, travel areas, documents submitted for verification, subscription details and, where necessary, payment information.
  • Bookings: requested service, date, disclosed service address, messages and information needed to perform the service, booking status, history and complaints.
  • Content: profile photographs, service images, reviews, ratings, review photos and submitted documents.
  • Transactions: amounts, transaction status and references, payment method and billing information, where relevant features are used.
  • Technical data: IP address, device, operating system, access logs, diagnostics and technical identifiers needed for operation and security.
  • Location: city or wilaya selected or determined with your permission, and service areas declared by providers. A service address may be requested for a booking.

The data actually processed depends on the features used and permissions granted. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information in descriptions, messages or photos.

4. Purposes of processing

We use relevant data to create and manage accounts; display geographically relevant services; connect customers and providers; manage applicable bookings, payments and subscriptions; publish authorized profiles, listings and reviews; provide support; prevent abuse and fraud; maintain security and the platform; comply with legal and accounting obligations; and improve services using appropriate data. Promotional communications are sent only where the applicable legal basis and the individual’s choices permit.

5. Legal grounds and user choices

Depending on the processing activity, we rely on consent when required, steps necessary to provide the requested service, and other grounds permitted by applicable law. Location, camera and photo permissions can be managed in device settings. Refusing an optional permission may limit certain features without necessarily preventing general use of the platform.

6. Location and service areas

ASLIH may use the city, commune or wilaya to display geographically relevant services. Providers define the wilayas or areas where they agree to work. City detection is not described as continuous GPS tracking. More precise location should be used only where justified by a feature and subject to applicable permissions.

7. Profile visibility and sharing between users

Provider profiles, offers, prices, service areas, ratings and published content may be visible to customers. Information necessary to perform a booking may be shared between the relevant customer and provider. Do not post document numbers, private contact information or third-party information in public reviews or photos.

8. Technical providers and recipients

To the extent necessary, data may be accessible to authorized EURL ASLIH teams, users involved in a service, and technical providers supporting hosting, notifications, authentication, maintenance or payment processing that is actually enabled. Data may also be disclosed when required by law or a valid request from a competent authority. ASLIH does not sell users’ personal data.

9. Payments and subscriptions

Where payments or subscriptions are offered, information necessary to track them may be processed by ASLIH and the relevant payment providers. Card data and other sensitive payment information are subject to the terms of the provider actually used. This policy does not imply that ASLIH itself stores complete payment-card numbers.

10. Retention periods

Data is retained for a period appropriate to account management, booking fulfillment, dispute handling, security and applicable legal obligations. Some information may need to be retained after account closure, particularly where a legal obligation or dispute requires it. Specific periods by category will be communicated or clarified after the internal retention schedule has been validated.

11. Security

EURL ASLIH implements technical and organizational safeguards proportionate to the risks, including access controls, account protections and incident-management procedures. No system can guarantee absolute security. In the event of a personal-data incident, ASLIH follows the handling and notification obligations provided by law.

12. Personal-data rights

Subject to Algerian law, you may request information about processing, access your data, request correction of inaccurate information and exercise your right to object. You may also request deletion or account closure, subject to legal retention obligations and others’ rights. Contact info@aslihpro.com. Reasonable identity verification may be required before fulfilling a request.

13. Cookies and similar technologies

The website and portal may use cookies necessary for sessions, authentication, preferences and security. Other analytics or marketing tools must comply with applicable rules and required choices. Mobile apps may use technical identifiers or similar mechanisms. A separate Cookies Policy will describe categories and controls after the tools actually installed have been verified.

14. Transfers and hosting

Some technical providers may process data from other countries. Any international transfer of personal data must be assessed and safeguarded under applicable Algerian rules. Actual hosting locations and transfers will be confirmed in the company’s processing register.

15. Minors

Individuals lacking the required legal capacity must not create an account or order a service without the required involvement or authorization of their legal representative. Contact us if you believe a minor has improperly supplied data.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in services, practices or regulations. The update date will be revised and, where necessary, users will be informed or asked to provide fresh consent.

17. Complaints and applicable law

This policy is governed by applicable Algerian law, notably Law No. 18-07 of 10 June 2018 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 25-11 of 24 July 2025. You may contact EURL ASLIH and, where the conditions are met, the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (ANPDP).
