Cookies and Similar Technologies Policy — ASLIH
Last updated: 31 October 2026
This policy explains the use of cookies and similar technologies by EURL ASLIH on www.aslihpro.com, the provider portal and, where relevant, the ASLIH User and ASLIH Pro apps. It supplements the Privacy Policy.
1. 1. Controller and contact
EURL ASLIH, Fernand Ville, Oran 31000, Algeria (GPS reference: PCM8+FX6, Oran). Email: info@aslihpro.com; telephone: +213 550 964 825.
2. 2. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small piece of information stored by a browser on a device when visiting a website. Similar technologies may include local storage, session identifiers, pixels and technical app identifiers. Their operation and controls vary by platform.
3. 3. Categories and purposes
3.1 Strictly necessary cookies
These may enable the website and portal to function, manage sessions and authentication, protect against fraudulent requests and remember privacy choices. Disabling them may prevent essential functions.
3.2 Preference cookies
These may remember language, display theme or interface preferences. Depending on their purpose and applicable law, they may be necessary for a requested service or subject to user choice.
3.3 Analytics and diagnostics
If enabled, analytics or diagnostic tools may collect information on visited pages, performance, errors or feature use. Actual tools, providers and consent conditions must be identified before activation.
3.4 Advertising and personalization
If ASLIH later uses advertising, retargeting or campaign-measurement trackers, their purposes, providers and consent choices will be disclosed before use where required. This section does not mean such trackers are currently active.
4. 4. Third-party cookies
Integrated services such as authentication, payment providers, video or support tools may place their own cookies or use technical identifiers. ASLIH must document the providers actually integrated and their practices before describing them as active.
5. 5. ASLIH User and ASLIH Pro mobile apps
Mobile apps do not necessarily use the same cookies as browsers. They may use login tokens, technical identifiers, local preferences, notification or diagnostic tools. Phone permissions for location, camera or photos are separate from cookie consent and can be managed in device settings.
6. 6. Consent and choice management
Where consent is required for non-essential cookies or trackers, ASLIH must offer a free and understandable choice before activation and allow later changes or withdrawal. Refusing optional trackers must not prevent essential functions. The banner and choice-storage mechanism must match the technologies actually deployed.
7. 7. Browser settings
You can generally delete or block cookies in browser settings or clear site data. Some features, including provider-portal login, may then require new authentication or cease to function normally.
8. 8. Retention periods
Session cookies may expire when the browser or session closes; others persist for defined periods. Exact durations depend on cookies actually installed. ASLIH must maintain an inventory listing each tracker’s name, provider, purpose and duration before finalizing this policy.
9. 9. Transfers and data protection
Cookie-related information may constitute personal data. Its processing and any international transfers are subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable Algerian rules, notably Law No. 18-07 of 10 June 2018 as amended and supplemented.
10. 10. Changes
This policy may be updated as technologies, providers or regulatory requirements change. The update date will be revised and a new choice requested when required by law.
11. 11. Questions
For questions about cookies or personal data, contact EURL ASLIH at info@aslihpro.com, +213 550 964 825, or Fernand Ville, Oran 31000, Algeria.
Pre-publication validation note: actual cookies, providers, durations and banner behavior must be verified; the categories described are not necessarily all active.
